US Shipping: All items are made to order and take 1-2 weeks and then additional time for delivery which is normally 2-3 days in the U.S. and 3-6 weeks internationally.
**Payment must be received and cleared prior to shipment. No exceptions.

Shipping prices listed are for USPS Ground service within the continental US. Expedited shipping (2nd Day or Overight) is available please inquire about it

INTERNATIONAL Shipping: we are glad to ship internationally, however, all shipping costs on our site apply to US shipping only. Please email to info@dnahomeaccents.com and we will give you a shipping quote based on your location
CUSTOMS or DUTY FEES on US parcels may be charged by your country of residence upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over such fees and they vary dramatically - please check with your local post office before ordering if you have concerns. By law, we are required to mark international parcels as 'merchandise' and and are required to claim the actual retail value on the customs form.

We do accept returns & handle each one individually!
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 15 days of the date of purchase
**All items must be returned unused and in their original condition with tags attached in order for a refund or exchange to be processed
Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

Custom Orders
If you can't find the exact color or size you're looking for... we gladly accept custom orders.
Custom orders are NOT returnable. Please request swatches to verify color.
SWATCH REQUEST:
In order to verify fabric colors, samples may be requested if available (fees apply).
Order Cancelation
We begin to work in your order as soon as you place the order . You have 12 hours from the time of purchasing to cancel your order. After that, your order is already been prepped for printing and sewing and I'm unable to cancel the order.
